[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2902, June 19, 1960 ]
AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE AND NINETEEN HUNDRED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sums appropriated under item 6 (a), page 526 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, to wit:
"6. Carcar—
totalling in the amount of seven thousand pesos are here by re-appropriated for the construction of a two-room barrio school building, Noel type, in Bolinawan, Carcar.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
SECTION 1. The sums appropriated under item 6 (a), page 526 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, to wit:

(a) Cayam Primary School Building ........................P4, 000.00;"
and item 11, page 448 of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:
"1. Cayam Primary School Building, Car—and item 11, page 448 of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:
car ...............................P 3, 000.00,"
totalling in the amount of seven thousand pesos are here by re-appropriated for the construction of a two-room barrio school building, Noel type, in Bolinawan, Carcar.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
