[ Act No. 2442, January 07, 1915 ]
AN ACT MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR GENERAL EXPENSES OF THE JUDICIARY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED DECEMBER THIRTY-FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
Section 1. The sum of eighty thousand nine hundred and fifty-two pesos and thirty centavos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the general expenses of the Judiciary, to cover urgent deficiencies in the appropriations for the fiscal year ended December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fourteen:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
Enacted, January 7, 1915.
Section 1. The sum of eighty thousand nine hundred and fifty-two pesos and thirty centavos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the general expenses of the Judiciary, to cover urgent deficiencies in the appropriations for the fiscal year ended December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fourteen:
Provided, That any unexpended balance of the sum appropriated by Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and nineteen for any specific class of contingent expenses shall be available to cover any deficiency in the funds appropriated for any other class of contingent expenses.
Courts of First Instance. For salaries of judges of Courts of First Instance
For salaries and wages of officers and employees, in addition to the sum appropriated by Act No. 2319 General Land Registration Office. For salary of the chief of the General Land Registration Office
Justices of peace.
For salaries, in addition to the sum appropriated by Act No. 2319 For salaries of the justices of the peace in the Province of Palawan For traveling expenses of personnel, in addition to the sum appropriated by Act No. 2319 Total of appropriations by this Act
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
