No. 07-4-16-SC- Re: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture Items, Office Partition and Window Blinds for the Lapu-Lapu City HOJ; and Supplemental Contracts for the Lapu-Lapu City HOJ Network Infrastructure and Old SC Building LAN Equipment.- A.M. No. 07-4-16-SC- Re: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture Items, Office Partition and Window Blinds for the Lapu-Lapu City HOJ; and Supplemental Contracts for the Lapu-Lapu City HOJ Network Infrastructure and Old SC Building LAN Equipment.- The Court Resolved to APPROVE the

^*(a) Award to CLC Marketing Venture of the contract for the supply, delivery and installation of furniture and fixtures for the Lapu-Lapu City Hall of Justice in the contract price of Eleven Million Two Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and Thirty Two Centavos (P11,228,178.32); and

(b) Supplemental Contract for the Lapu-Lapu City Hall of Justice Network Infrastructure and Old SC Building LAN Equipment in the approved amount of P10,818,444.51 awarded to One Opsis, Incorporated, pursuant to Administrative Circular No. 60-2003.
