UY PRIENG, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLE, VS. HIJOS DE I. DE LA RAMA, DEFENDANTS AND APPELLANTS.

D E C I S I O N

ARAULLO, J.:

Action for the recovery of the value of three cases of merchandise which, with others, were shipped on defendants' vessel.  Defendants were sentenced to pay to the plaintiff P738, the value of the merchandise lost.  No error. Judgment affirmed.
