D E C I S I O N

ARELLANO, C.J.:

Arson; Sufficiency of Proof. From the Court of First Instance of Surigao.  Avanceña, J, The defendant was convicted of setting fire to an uninhabited house, and sentenced to five months' arresto mayor and accessories and to indemnify the owner of the house in the sum of P103.25. Evidence deemed sufficient to sustain conviction.  Judgment affirmed.
