HERMENEGILDO U. ABSALUD, COMPLAINANT VS. HON. EUSEBIO F. RAMOS, JUDGE OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, RESPONDENT.

D E C I S I O N

SUMMARY

Complainant charged respondent for: (1) Malversation thru falsification of public document and (2) serious misconduct and inefficiency in office. On the first charge, the respondent satisfactorily explained his side and on the second charge, there was no substantial evidence to support it.  Hence, the investigating Justice recommended his exoneration. The Supreme Court concurred with the recommendation.

RULING

Complainant has  not made a good case against respondent.
