In a decision promulgated March 31, 1944, the Supreme Court affirmed a judgment of the Court of First Instance which was for all the plaintiffs including M. In a resolution of the Supreme Court dated September 3, 1943, final determination of the case was suspended with respect to M, an American. On November 14, 1945, M filed a petition praying that the decision of the Supreme Court be extended to include M as one of the original plaintiffs-appellees. No objection was received from defendant's attorney. Held: The decision of the Court of First Instance ordering the defendant to pay M the value of the judgment as modified by the Supreme Court, is affirmed.
