This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction of the above entitled cases, the appeals therein interposed by the plaintiff and appellant is hereby dismissed without prejudice to the appeals of the defendant and appellant, in conformity with the resolution of this Court, dated the 29th day of May, 1934.
