This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________12th________day of ________June________, A. By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Pangasinan________, dated the __________10th__________ day of _________July____________, nineteen hundred and
___________twentyp-eight____________, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , reversed and Lot No. 2151 is adjudged as follows: one-half proindiviso to the estate of Manuel Milina, deceased, and the other half proindiviso to the
estate of Manuel Molina, deceased, and his wife Juana Mabagay, in equal parts. Costs against the appellee.
