| Hence, on 15 December 2000, petitioners filed with the Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (PARAD) of Bulacan a Petition[6] for Correction of OCT No. T-048-EP, (EP No. 189669) issued in the name of Pablo Parulan.
