On May 4, 2009, Dominguez, et al. moved for reconsideration, but their motion was denied by the Court on August 10, 2009.[9] In view of the denial, an Entry of Judgment was issued on September 2, 2009. Dominguez, et al. promptly filed a motion to set aside the entry of judgment on the sole ground that the March 13, 2009 Decision of the Court was an interlocutory order.[10]
