| The civil indemnity of P50,000.00 and moral damages of P50,000.00 ordered by the RTC to be paid by each appellant are hereby affirmed. We, however, find that exemplary damages should also be awarded to set a public example and to protect hapless individuals, from sexual molestation.[71] We, therefore, award the amount of P30,000.00 as exemplary damages in accordance with prevailing jurisprudence.[72] | |||||
