Anent the award of civil indemnity, the same must be increased to P75,000.00 in accordance with the current policy of the Court.  The award of moral damages in the amount of P50,000.00 is proper.  In addition, appellant is ordered to pay P30,000.00 as exemplary damages "which is justified under Article 2229 of the Civil Code to set a public example or correction for the public good."[25]
