It has been consistently held that the Court is not a trier of facts. Moreover, the factual findings of the trial court, when affirmed by the CA, are generally binding on this Court.[16] Subject to certain exceptions, the Court will not review, analyze and weigh all over again evidence already considered in the proceedings below.
