| Fourth. Quirante was dismissed in 2007. LA Magbanua ordered her reinstatement. However, due to the passage of a long period of time rendering reinstatement infeasible, "impracticable and hardly in the best interest of the parties,"[49] the Court now finds the propriety of awarding separation pay instead.
