| On November 29, 2001, Chuidian filed a Motion for Writ of Execution[7] of the Court's January 19, 2001 Decision in G.R. No. 139941 to compel PNB to deposit the proceeds of L/C No. SFD-005-85 in an interest-bearing account. To this motion, PNB filed an opposition[8] on the ground of supervening event, i.e., the execution of the Republic-PNB Deed of Transfer. An exchange of pleadings followed. | |||||
