| We note, in relation with the above statement, that in Abejo v. Dela Cruz[27] and TCL Sales Corporation v. Court of Appeals[28] we did not require the registration of the transfer before considering the transferee a stockholder of the corporation (in effect upholding the existence of an intra-corporate relation between the parties and bringing the case within the jurisdiction of the SEC as an intra-corporate controversy). A marked difference, however, exists between these cases and the present one. | |||||
