| We have consistently held that the conduct required of court personnel, from the presiding judge to the lowliest clerk, must always be beyond reproach and circumscribed with the heavy burden of responsibility.[32] All court personnel should be reminded that they have no business getting personally involved in matters directly emanating from court proceedings, unless expressly so provided by law.[33] The reason is that, the image of the courts of justice is reflected in the conduct, official or otherwise, of even its minor employees. It is the imperative duty of everyone involved in the dispensation of justice, to maintain the courts' integrity and standing as true temples of justice and to avoid any impression or impropriety, misdeed or negligence.[34] | |||||
