For review on certiorari are the resolutions dated July 31, 2002[1] and January 6, 2003[2] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 71438. The said resolutions had dismissed herein petitioners' special civil action for certiorari on the ground that the verification and certification of non-forum shopping was signed by only one of the petitioners.
