| Assailed in this petition for review on certiorari is the Decision[1] of the Court of Appeals (CA), in CA-G.R. CV No. 69034 which reversed and set aside the Decision [2] of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 150, Makati City, in Civil Case No. 01-431. The RTC ruling had affirmed with modification the Decision[3] of the Metropolitan Trial Court (MeTC), Branch 64, Makati City in Civil Case No. 66847. The petition likewise assails the Resolution of the CA denying the motion for reconsideration of its decision. | |||||
