| For resolution of the Court is a motion for reconsideration of the Court's January 19, 2011 Resolution[1] which denied the petition of Raul F. Saberon, Jr., Joan F. Saberon and Jacqueline F. Saberon (Saberons). In effect, it affirmed the March 12, 2010 Decision[2] and the June 18, 2010 Resolution[3] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CV No. 85520, holding that the June 21, 2005 Decision of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 80, Quezon City (RTC) in Civil Case No. 96-26486, was correct in, among others, ordering the cancellation of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) Nos. 55396 and 55397 in the name of the Saberons and Samuel Marquez (Marquez). | |||||
