| In this petition for review[1] under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court, the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation assails the August 20, 2004 Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 82637, which dismissed its petition for certiorari from the October 14, 2003[3] and December 15, 2003[4] Orders issued by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Makati City, Branch 138.[5] The said Orders, in turn, respectively granted the issuance of a writ of execution and denied petitioner's motion for reconsideration in Civil Case No. 99-1209 - a case for mandamus. | |||||
