This petition for review[1] assails the 19 November 2004 Decision[2] and the 27 September 2005 Resolution[3] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 69895. The Court of Appeals modified Resolution No. 02-0307 of the Civil Service Commission by finding Atty. Emmanuel R. Sison, Dr. Arellano T. So, and Antonio Fernando guilty of simple misconduct and discourtesy in the course of official duties. The resolution denied petitioners' motion for reconsideration.
