| In Criminal Case No. 98-553, appellant MELECIO SAGARINO, JR., is found GUILTY of one count of acts of lasciviousness and sentenced to an indeterminate penalty of four (4) months and one (1) day of arresto mayor as minimum to four (4) years and two (2) months of prision correccional as maximum, and to indemnify private complainant in the amount of P10,000.00[28] as moral damages. | |||||
