| Before the Court is a petition for review[1] of the 20 May 2002 Decision[2] and 27 February 2003 Resolution[3] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 68212. The assailed decision set aside the trial court's issuance of a writ of preliminary injunction in favor of the Association of International Shipping Lines, Inc. (petitioner).
