| The University correctly suspended Bañez and Cantillas during the pendency of the administrative investigation. Where the continued employment of an employee poses a serious and imminent threat to the life and property of the employer or his co-employees, preventive suspension is proper.[34] This is especially so where, as here, the employee repeatedly committed acts of misconduct and willful breach of trust. | |||||
