| Indeed, it has been held in a number of cases that in the event of breach or default by one party to a judicial compromise in the performance of his obligations, the remedy of the aggrieved party is to move for the execution of the compromise judgment.[19] Thus:Even more than a contract which may be enforced by ordinary action for specific performance, the compromise agreement is part and parcel of the judgment, and may therefore be enforced as such by a writ of execution. | |||||
