| First, the settled doctrine is "he who seeks equity must come to court with clean hands."[111] The Barques have submitted patently forged documents to the LRA reconstituting officer. In the development of equity jurisdiction through the ages, the constant principle from which there was no deviation was that equity could never be used to reward those who commit fraud.
