LEONARDO-DE CASTRO, J.
The accused-appellants pray for the reversal of the judgment of conviction in the criminal cases on the following assignment of errors:  (i) that the trial court gravely erred in finding the accused-appellants guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of murder despite the insufficiency of evidence for the prosecution; (ii) granting arguendo, that the accused-appellants committed an offense, they can only be held liable for attempted murder; and (iii) that the trial court gravely erred in not giving credence to the accused-appellants' defense of alibi.[44]
